The Management
and staff of the shipyard are deeply concerned about the direct impact
that these thefts will have on their business. According to management
their customers will not trust that their goods will be safe and they
simply will not return or recommend the GB Shipyard. The marine industry
is a very small industry and any news of failure will hinder the company’s
progress and will directly affect the economy of Grand Bahama.
The Grand Bahama
Shipyard encourages all citizens and residents to help the police recover
these items and help the company continue to grow the ship repair business
here in The Bahamas.
Any information
or tips about these items should be called into the Royal Bahamas Police
force in Grand
Bahama,
commercial crimes unit 350-3099.
