Freeport, Grand Bahama – The worlds largest and most revolutionary cruise ship the “Allure of the Seas” has docked at the Grand Bahama Shipyard for repair work on propulsion motors. The work will continue on a twenty-four seven basis for the expected seven days stay at the yard. “To perform this technically challenging work in such a timeframe involves detailed planning and teamwork from the owners, the propulsion motor manufacturers and the yard,” stated Carl Gustaf Rotkirch, Chairman and CEO at the yard.
