Freeport, Grand Bahama - After a Nassau costume exhibition was held for the new Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival slated for May 2015, a Bahamas Carnival Commission contingent from the capital led by Vola Francis came to Grand Bahama Island to share with interested persons from Junkanoo community this past week.

Junkanoo leaders and members were shown what the costumes looked like, explained materials use, and provided them with ideas on how they could do similar.
