Dalgleish has been in the marine industry for over 40 years and has been in senior management positions for 25 of those years. His career has encompassed all aspects of the industry including working in U.K. Canada and the USA. During his time as Managing Director with the shipyard he has led the company through a period of sustained growth and success resulting in the shipyard being the preeminent cruise repair facility in the world. Additionally the company expanded into the offshore and LNG markets as well as consolidating it's general cargo ship base. “I am leaving with the company in good shape and have been honored to have been the company's Managing Director through such an exciting time and with the acquisition and installation last year of a third dock the company is in a position to continue to grow and prosper.
