LRA OBB, Limited completes final transitions of its properties

West End, Grand Bahama – LRA OBB, Limited (OBB), the owner of marina slips and various amenities at Old Bahama Bay continued the process of transitioning their operations and ownership of their assets yesterday in West End, Grand Bahama.  OBB’s right to reclaim their resort assets were reaffirmed again, by The Bahamas Supreme Court last week.

During the transition some resort facilities will shut down for a period of time. OBB is already in discussions with various Bahamian vendors.  Going forward, OBB will continue to work to complete the sale of their properties, in the hope that the wonderful West End area will become a prosperous and sustainable resort.

IVRC continues to operate the rental condo program. OBB management and staff thank the public for their patience during this transition as they work to improve the West End.
