Freeport, Grand Bahama - The Miss Bahamas Teenager Organization in conjunction with The TOCU Agency will host a two-day boutique pageant for young ladies ages 13-18 on Friday December 1st, 6pm until 8pm and Saturday December 2nd, 9am until noon at Mind Body Fitness Centre in the Circle Mall to select a representative from Grand Bahama for the Miss Bahamas Teenager Pageant in New Providence. Interested young ladies will be interviewed one on one on the day of their choice and at the conclusion one person will be chosen as Miss Grand Bahama Teenager to compete in the national pageant on August 12th, 2018. . Applicants should wear light natural makeup, dress in smart casual attire and are required to bring a valid passport, recent report card, 30-60 second talent piece, swimsuit, heels and $75 registration fee. CEO of The TOCU Agency and Grand Bahama District Director for the Miss Bahamas Teenager Pageant Tomii Culmer is looking forward to working with young ladies during the two day boutique pageant. Culmer, who was crowned Miss Universe Bahamas and Miss Coco International in 2014, said the $75 registration fee will be used to ensure that the selected delegate from Grand Bahama has funding to properly prepare for the national pageant next year. In addition, the young lady selected as Miss Grand Bahama Teenager will receive a Miss Bahamas Teenager sash, pageant training in every area and prizes. The winner of the Miss Bahamas Teenager Pageant will receive international and local scholarship opportunities along with fully paid expenses for the international teen pageant and prizes.
