Freeport, Grand Bahama - With the growing popularity of the Royal Bahamas Grand Bahama District Police Pop Band, the Owners, Directors and Management of Bourbon Street Limited   thought it fitting to design our July 4th concert featuring this newly formed multi-talented group of Police Officers.

This complimentary concert scheduled for Wednesday 4th July commencing at 8:00p.m. and will give visiting guests and residents who frequent the Marketplace an opportunity to see these remarkably talented Officers outside of their natural duties. These Officers will trade in their badges and guns for trumpets, drums and guitars when they ascend the stage at Count Basie Square to sing and dance their way into your hearts.

Under the musical direction of Officer Capron, The Grand Bahama District Police Pop Band will play familiar American tunes that will help in creating a night of great music, for your dancing pleasure.

In addition to the fantastic performance by the Police Pop Band, audience members would have a wide array of traditional American food favorites such as hot dogs with all the toppings, juicy hamburgers, French fries, assortment of ice cream and ice cold beverages.

Our evening’s festivity will climax with a fantastic Fire Works display that will commence at 9:30pm, and which will bring a smile to the faces of the young and the young at heart.

We are very excited to host the Grand Bahama District Police Pop Band in their very first performance here at the Port Lucaya Marketplace. It is our hope that the entire Grand Bahama community, U.S. visitors and U.S. residents, would join us and support the Grand Bahama District Police Pop Band and share in the cultural exchange through music, dance and food.
