Freeport, Grand Bahama - On 6th March, 2019, the third edition of TEDxYouth@GrandBahama took place under the theme “Lemme Say Sumtin!” Approximately 350 high school students gathered at the Regency Theatre to participate in this fun, imaginative, and smart TEDx event designed for, and organized with young people on Grand Bahama island.

Following opening remarks by Minister of State for Grand Bahama J. Kwasi Thompson, where he challenged students to imagine a new Freeport, the event featured TEDxYouth talks on a range of topics that brought together bright minds who gave idea-focused presentations on a wide range of subjects and collectively provoked conversations that matter.

It is with great pleasure that the TEDxYouth@GrandBahama 2019 committee announces that video talks are now freely available for viewing on the official, global TEDxTalks channel:

    Katelyn Cabral,
