GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND, Bahamas
  – In collaboration with the World Gourmet Society Festival and its mission to discover new culinary landscapes, Grand Lucayan, Bahamas and Churchill’s, the resort’s fine dining restaurant, present an exclusive menu designed by renowned Michelin Star Chef Gianfranco Chiarini. The robust menu, featuring everything from homemade pastas to delicacies from the sea, farm and sky, is available throughout the year, and will be modified periodically by Chef Chiarini to showcase the best of each season.

Specializing in Italian Nouvelle Fusion cuisine, the Italian-born Chiarini has enjoyed a celebrated career that includes cooking for luxury hotels and renowned restaurants across the globe. Featured in more than 80 magazines worldwide, Chiarini has published several cookbooks and made numerous television appearances.

For those looking to brush up on their kitchen skills, Chiarini will host an interactive pastry making demonstration on the afternoon of March 29 at China Beach, Grand Lucayan’s chic Asian-inspired restaurant. The demonstration is $25 per person and afterwards, guests can enjoy a Bahamian barbeque on the Great Lawn.
