Our restaurants cater to your every culinary whim. From classic Bahamian fare like conch fritters, benny cake and guava duff to an array of international cuisine that melds flavors from the Mediterranean to the Pacific Rim, our dedication to quality and originality shines through in every dish. Our fresh-caught seafood is prepared imaginatively – think grouper sandwiches and lobster pizzas we have it all!

Churchill’s - Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 6pm to 11pm.

The Grand Bar and Havana Cay Bar - Open until midnight.

China Beach - Open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm

Iries - Open Monday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm On Fridays and Saturdays -  Open 11am to 3pm and 8pm to 2am with Jay Mitchell On Sunday Open 5pm to 11pm.

Willybroadleaf - Open daily for breakfast 7am to 10am, Fridays open 6pm to 10pm featuring a Bahamian Dinner Buffet. Sundays a brunch is served from 12noon to 4pm by the pool. Every Wednesday is Fish Fry Night from 6pm to 9pm
