The group consists of, Reg Adderley – Operations Planning Superintendent; Cyril Pennerman – Marine Control Room Operator; Andrew Williams – Team Leader, Dwight Moore – Operator/Debottle Necking Projects; Keith Saunders – Asst. Superintendent of Operations; Dexter Brooks – Superintendent of Safety and Security; and Leroy Glass - Facility Maintenance Supervisor. Vopak Horizon Fujairah Terminal is a relatively new and modern facility; it is designed with state of the art specifications. Vopak Horizon Fujairah operates the first independent onshore oil terminal outside the Arabian Gulf, in the Emirate of Fujairah - one of the world's largest bunkering centers. The BORCO participant’s expect to return with new ideas and strategies to improve operations, safety, security and maintenance.
