Frank's IceCream, owned by Grand Bahama business man Frank Outten, has launched their annual Bible Summer Job Program, announced during a press conference in Freeport.
The company's website states that the program's mission is to build character, develop values, biblical principles, encourage integrity, exude diligence and pride in our country’s youth. "This is all in an effort to restore and improve the moral fiber of our society. The summer program enrolls students between the age of 1-25 who are required to study the bible (New Testament Only) throughout the summer break and at the end will sit an examination. We believe that encouraging excellence in studying the bible and promoting positive development in the lives of the youth in our country."
Frank's IceCream will be recognizing TOP ACHIEVERS who have demonstrated excellence in academics and character from seven (7) age groups.
How the Program Works
- Students either register online or by
completing the registration form at any Frank’s IceCream Store or any
Participating Sponsor Store.
- Students can start earning money
by referring any customer to a Frank’s IceCream Store or any
Participating Sponsor Store. (10% of all referred sales!)
- When the referred customer goes to a Sponsor’s store, upon purchasing
wholesale items a Referral Form (Click here for the form) must be
completed and left with the aforementioned Sponsor store along with the
receipt that verifies purchases made.
- Students will be paid bi-weekly (every other week) until the completion of the program.
- To be entered in the contest for the prizes, students must take the New
Testament Bible Exam at the end of the program. (Date and location will
be disclosed to all participants well in advance).
- Your job as a participant is to study The New Testament to be able to correctly answer the exam questions.
