The Bahamas Girl Guide Association is a non-profit organization which promotes the development of girls throughout our country. Our mandate is to teach the girls to give service to God, country, and the community while fostering a sense of independence and moral stability. Here, in Freeport, our volunteers have been working with girls aged six to sixteen (Sunflowers, Guides, Rangers) for many years.

This year the 4th Freeport Guide and Ranger Companies are planning a weekend camp for Guides and Rangers (ages 10-16) from February 28, 2014-March 2, 2014. The 4th Freeport Guide and Ranger Companies are open companies with girls from many private and public schools in Freeport.

Camp Fees for each girl the weekend are $50. We hope to have as many girls as possible to participate in this venture. Sponsorship from the community is welcomed. Please contact Sue McCrea or Ismenette Victor at 373-3456 for other interesting details. Email:
