Freeport, Bahamas - Miss Grand Bahama Beauty pageant is underway and we want you to get to know this year's contestants! Each of the seven beauties were asked some basic information about themselves. Here are their responses along with official photo shots taken by Free City TV on location at the Grand Bahama Yacht Club.

Top Model & Talent Competition will be on
May 4, 2012 at 8pm
at Island Sea Resort; the
Evening Gown and Swimsuit Competition will be on May 12, 2012 sponsored by Treasure Bay Casino at 8pm
; the Float Parade and National Costume Judging: May 19, 2012, float
parade starts from the YMCA finish at Port Lucaya Marina; and the
Main event, the "2012 Miss Grand Bahama Beauty Pageant" will be held on May 20th, 2012 at
the Hilton Outten Convention Center.
MAIN EVENT:
This main event will be a black tie affair. VIP tickets $35.00, General $25.00, and at the door $30.00.
The Pre-Show will commence at 8:15pm, with the Main Show and Competition Finals commencing at 9pm

Age: 18 years old
Parents Name: Stacy Williams and Randolph Williams.
School Attended: I graduated as an honors student from Grand
Bahama Catholic High School. I am currently a sophomore of Winthrop
University and I am in the process of transferring to The College of the Bahamas to complete my undergraduate studies.
Platform: Of my time spent at Winthrop University I have had the
opportunity to study the medical aspects of chemistry. One of the
topics that I held great interest in was Breast
Cancer. After learning of the impact this disease has on so many
individuals world wide, and more importantly within our community, I
have decided to make Breast Cancer Awareness my platform .
Aspiration: I am currently pursuing nursing in order to give back
to my community. Ultimately, I would like to become a Periodontist (gum
surgeon).

Platform: 'Education' as it is a prominent element for developing mans character.
Aspirations: Eleven years of my life and counting my lifetime aspiration is to become an attorney. In addition, I must offer pro-bono services as a means of assisting those who find the legal system often expensive and confusing. Lastly, I will be an owner of a Law Firm.
