Expressing her feelings about the late Kristin Penn, Veronica E. Moncur-Sherman spoke the Headline as a part of the video tribute production posted on www.youtube.com to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Kristin’s  passing on June 8th, 1999.

Kristin was the person we would all like to be.   She was kind, loving, generous, and displayed many fruits of the spirit qualities. She always had a word of encouragement and could brighten your day with her beautiful smile and infectious laugh – entirely devoted to all those she held dear.

Her achievements during her short life were many.   She accomplished so much on any given day, one had to wonder how it was possible to fit it all in, but she had to – her time was limited.

A wife, a mother, a daughter an entrepreneur, an administrator, she wrote, sang and produced her own songs, took part in stage productions, sang solos at funerals, weddings and talent shows. Her vocal genre encompassed reggae, pop, R&B, gospel, and even opera, but after her son was born, she derived her greatest pleasure in her role of mother.

A limited edition DVD entitled “Remembering Kristin-an expression of Faith, Hope & Love” depicting the life and musical works of  Kristin Penn-Davis is presently available and can be obtained in Grand Bahama, Bahamas from GBI Recording & Television Studios, Queens Hwy and Bethel Book & Stationers, Seventeen Centre, Downtown……..In Nassau, Bahamas from the Juke Box, Marathon Mall……..

Kristin will always be remembered for her melodious voice and her endearing personality. She has definitely left a legacy, but her greatest legacy is the, now fourteen year old, young man she adored ....her son Navah!
