at #11 on the Caribbean's Top 25 Chefs by esteemed Caribbean Journal. A
relative new comer to the scene, his restaurant, Flying Fish is only 2
years old and is already widely regarded as one of the best in the
region; an incredible accomplishment in such a short period of time.
Chef Tim is the only Bahamian to make the Top 25 list.
