Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - Join Flying Fish for a guided tutorial through the world of sparkling wine, as our Educational Series continues this Monday, December 16th at 7pm.


Sample several different kinds of sparkling wine including Prosecco, Cava and Champagne. We'll be serving up food that compliments the wine choices.

Our menu for the evening: oysters, beef tartare, ravioli, orange cheesecake. On the sampling list is: Cava, Cava rose, Prosecco, Blanquette de Limoux, Prosecco, 2 champagnes & Moscato d'asti.
