Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - The Flying Fish Supper Club begins this Monday, November 25th at 7pm. In this first event we will be showcasing one of the world's most luxurious ingredients: Truffles. We will be bringing in fresh truffles from Europe and showcasing them over 5 courses. This will be a spectacular event!


Reservations are required as there will be limited seating. You will definitely not want to miss this evening.

Price is $150 per person. Wine pairing is available for $40 per person.
(gratuity not included)

1st course: Beef carpaccio, truffle salt, powder & shaved fresh truffle

2nd course: Smoked scallop, truffle, lemon, herb salad

3rd course: Ricotta & egg yolk ravioli, truffle, Parmesan

4th course: Beef Rossini (beef, foie gras, truffle), truffled spinach, potato pave

5th course: Goat cheese cheesecake, truffle honey ice cream, orange compote
