Listed as one of the Top 10 Restaurants in the Caribbean (2014) in both the TripAdvisor and Caribbean Journal, Grand Bahama's Flying Fish,  owned and operated by Chef Tim Tibbitts and his wife Sommelier, Rebecca Tibbitts,  the popular AAA/CAA 4 Diamond Rated 2014, 2015 eatery has recently gained even more exposure with another Caribbean Journal writeup titled, "Grand Bahama's Best Restaurant, A New Kind of Island Cuisine,"
