Rebecca Tibbitts and Chef Tim take a brief photo break from food preparation and culinary demonstrations at the Culinary Fusion Expo held at Pelican Bay Canal House November 2013.
It's been two years since we started our journey here at Flying Fish.  Boy, have we come a long way!  Starting with the rebuild, we have transformed an old building into something new, full of hope and promise.  Now, two years later, it is blossoming into something we did not expect; one of the best dining experiences available, anywhere in the region.  We would like to thank you, the supporters of Flying Fish, for your help in getting us to the pivotal two year mark.  Without your help and support we would not have made it this far.

As an added bonus to our anniversary celebrations, Chef Tim was named one of the Top 25 Chefs in the Caribbean.  It came as a huge surprise to us here; being only two years old means it is sometimes difficult to get noticed by mainstream media.  A special thanks to Caribbean Journal for this honor and an even bigger thanks to the kitchen team who help carry out Chef Tim's vision every day.  Without the hard work and dedication of the staff this honor would not be possible.

We look forward to our third year with high expectations of further accomplishments and the opportunity to have you join us for a special celebration, an everyday meal or as part of your entertaining for business or pleasure. To make reservations to join us again, please call 242-373-4363 or email reservations@flyingfishbahamas.com

Thank you for your support.

A major renovation of the patio area that has made Flying Fish the premiere Sunday destination where locals and tourists come and hangout while enjoying live music by Chef Tim (a man of many talents) cocktails and Flying Fish' signature Burgers. The fun starts 5pm on Sundays at the Marina @ Flying Fish Restaurant.
