Cooking and Tasting Classes as well as our popular
Supper Club nights.
These are the first confirmed classes:
Monday, November 25
Flying Fish Supper Club Presents: A Celebration of Fall Truffles - this is a special dinner featuring one of the most luxurious ingredients: truffles
Monday, December 2
Cocktail Party - Wine & Cheeses - With special guests to discuss cheese, wine & pairing, this evening allows you a chance to taste new cheeses & to order for your holiday entertaining.
Monday, December 9
Cooking Class - Holiday Cooking Tips - Demos and discussions to make your holiday cooking easier and tastier.
Monday, December 16
Wine Class- Bubbles - Explore the world of sparkling wine. Wine & food included. This is also your chance to order bubbly and still wine for holiday entertaining.

Flying Fish Supper Club Presents: Feast of the 7 Fishes - In the Italian Christmas theme, we offer our version of the traditional “feast of 7 fishes”.
Monday, December 30
Cooking Class - The Sushi Bar - Learn more about the intricacies of a sushi bar from miso soup to sashimi, rolls & sushi sauces.
