Marine Max visits Grand Bahama Island - May 25, 2008 - 12:24:04 PM
Marine Max, a U.S. company offering world-class sport, sport cruiser, and yacht brands with a one-stop shopping experience have sponsored an event called the Miami - Bahama Mama Memorial Day Rendezvous from May 23 - 26th.
Approximately 225 boats have arrived in Port Lucaya Marina to enjoy the long weekend.

The annual “Island Hop” from
April 15-20 2008 brought yachters together for a great cause at two of The Bahamas
most desired destinations

Both locations rolled out the red carpet for this wonderful gathering of friends who came together in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, Florida.
The opening reception was hosted by the Duane and Jill Crithfield in their one of a kind home, The Boat House at the Grand Bahama Yacht Club. Mr. Crithfield is the Director of the Grand Bahama Yacht Club. The GB Yacht Club have hosted this event for the second time and are becoming known for their hospitality and support to local charity fundraisers also, after recently hosting events for the annual Weekend That Went to the Dogs for the GB Humane Society...
