MONTREAL, Ontario - The departure of Air Canada flight AC1764 on March 7 marked the launch of new, nonstop flights from Toronto to Exuma in the Bahamas.

This year-round service will operate every Sunday, ideal for couples going on their honeymoon.

“Air Canada Vacations is the only tour operator to offer the intimate Sandals Emerald Bay, Great Exuma, Bahamas, the world’s first ever all-butler, all-oceanfront resort,” says Zeina Gedeon, Air Canada Vacations’ president and CEO.

In addition to Sandals, Air Canada Vacations also offers Augusta Bay, Club Peace and Plenty, February Point Resort Estates, Grand Isle Resort & Spa, Hoopers Bay Villas, Palm Bay Beach Club and the St. Francis Resort.

The flights are operated using an E90 aircraft with a capacity of 93 seats, offering a choice of Executive Class or economy service.

If clients book by April 30 for travel from June 1 to Oct. 31, they can take advantage of Air Canada Vacations’ Early Booking Bonus of $150 per person. They can also upgrade to Executive Class service for $299 and receive free advance seat selection, complimentary meals onboard, priority airport check-in and baggage handling as well as the opportunity to earn up to 4,250 Aeroplan Miles.
