NEW YORK - After his address in the General Debate of the 70th Session of the ***image1**United Nations General Assembly on Monday 28 September, 2015, U.S. President Barack Obama hosted Heads of Delegation to a festive reception at the New York Palace Hotel in New York. Shown at the reception, between President and Mrs. Obama, is the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of The Bahamas to the United Nations and the Organisation of American States, H.E. Dr. Elliston Rahming.
