Los Angeles, California - The Hon. Cedric A. Scott, Bahamas Honorary Consul to California, was honoured at the Diplomats Diversi-Tea Gala held on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the Marrott Hotel Marina Del Rey. Introducing Honorary Consul Scott, Ambassador and Founder April Sutton, said he was “being honoured for the elegant, dynamic and indomitable way in which he represents The Bahamas”. Other honorees included the Hon. Gregory Karahalios, Consul General of Greece; Hon. Gamal Abouameira, Consul General of Egypt; and Hon. Mame Mbaye, Honorary Consul General of Senegal. In photo number one, Honorary Consul Scott is pictured speaking at the gala; in photo number two, he is with Ambassador Sutton; in photo number three, he is seen with Egypt Consul General Abouameira; in photo number four, he is with Senegal Honorary Consul Mbaye; and photo number five, he is pictured with Greece Consul General Abouameira.
