Bahamas 43rd Independence Celebrations in London

His Excellency, Eldred Bethel, High Commissioner for London and Mrs Dawne Bethel hosted scores of guests including the Bahamian diaspora, Bahamian students, members of the Diplomatic Corp and friends, at the International Maritime Organization for the 43rd Independence Celebrations.

LONDON, UK - To mark The Bahamas 43rd Independence Celebrations, His Excellency, Eldred Bethel, High Commissioner for London and Mrs Dawne Bethel hosted scores of guests  including the Bahamian diaspora, Bahamian students, members of the Diplomatic Corp and friends, at a reception held at the International Maritime Organization in London.

Also in attendance was the Deputy High Commissioner for Barbados, Alphea Wiggins; Her Excellency Marie-Pierre Lloyd, the High Commissioner of Seychelles; Friends of The Bahamas President, Richard Moir; and the International Maritime Organization Secretary General, Kitack Lim.
