Bahamas Realty received 5 prestigious
awards for excellence from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), including the Top International Luxury Brokerage award for member firms with 1-100 sales
associates, recognizing Bahamas Realty for epitomizing
the quality, strength and luxury market expertise synonymous with the Luxury Portfolio brand.
The awards were
presented during
the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Conference Week, February 9-13 at Wynn Las Vegas.

In
addition to the Top International Luxury Brokerage, Bahamas Realty won
Institute’s Outstanding Participation Award, which recognizes the
brokerage that
demonstrated the most in-depth company engagement in LeadingRE’s
cutting-edge learning platform, Institute. The award reflects Bahamas
Realty’s commitment to continuous improvement of skills and competency
and to generally raising the bar in the real estate
profession for their sales associates and managers through continued
education.
Other coveted awards received included two marketing awards: 1st Place Top Luxury Portfolio Marketing signifying excellence in luxury real estate
marketing and exemplary incorporation of the Luxury Portfolio International® brand, as well as a 3rd Place award
for
superior Business Cards, Letterhead and Specialty Marketing in
recognition of its creative and effective collateral materials.
Bahamas Realty also won
the
Global Alliance Club Award, which recognizes the member with the most
outgoing closed referrals resulting from client introductions made
across country
borders.
