YANGZHOU, The People's Republic of China -- Senior Information Officer in the Bahamas Information Services Mr. Eric Rose (left) poses with Second Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro Mr. Damir Sabanovic, during the welcoming banquet for "Finding China in Yangzhou", in Yangzhou, the People's Republic of China. Mr. Rose was one of only four international delegates invited to sit at the head table. He also opted to wear a Bahamian Independence shirt, showing his national pride and encouraging dialogue about The Bahamas.

Mr. Rose's presentation centred on Bahamian culture and Junkanoo, in particular. He was one of four students chosen to make presentations at that event, from the International Masters in International Communications programme at the Communication University of China. Mr. Rose was also the Class Monitor / President for the programme at that time.
