WASHINGTON, D.C. - Dr. Devon Gardner, Energy Program Manager with the Caribbean Community Secretariat, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Dr. Eugene Newry, Bahamas Ambassador to the United States, on Wednesday, April 29, at the Bahamas Embassy.
