Zonicle attends luncheon at the Hyatt in Maryland

WASHINGTON, D.C. - During the recent visit to Washington, D.C., by the Bahamas National Youth Choir, Mr. Richard Marks of MDC Travel arranged a luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Maryland, on Tuesday, July 15, for which the food was prepared by Mr. Jack Stubbs, the hotel’s executive chef, who is a native of The Bahamas.

Chef Stubbs, who was born in Arthur's Town, Cat Island, for the past 39 years has perfected his culinary craft in The Bahamas and in the United States.  For the past 24 years he has been at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, MD.  Chef Stubbs has also written three books, two of which are cookbooks and the other is a short novel about slavery.
