NEW YORK - Bahamas Minister of Foreign Affairs Fred Mitchell with Henry Kissinger, former United States Secretary of State in the administrations of both Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, at Mr. Kissinger’s office in New York 22 September 2016. At right is Bahamas Ambassador-At-Large Stan O Smith. Minister Mitchell is in New York for 71st Regular Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
