Nygård International is a privately owned company and has grown to
become one of the most successful apparel manufacturers in North
America. It has grown to be the number one women’s apparel manufacturer
in Canada and number three in North America. The company was founded in
1967 and expanded into the United States in 1978. With its new World
Headquarters located in New York City's Times Square, Nygård also has
complete design, production and distribution facilities in Winnipeg and
Los Angeles, sales and marketing offices throughout Canada and the US,
and extensive operations throughout the Orient and Mexico. Nygård
International is expected to exceed $1 billion in sales this year.
