Nassau, Bahamas - Representing the beautiful and picturesque 700 islands and cays of The Bahamas in the first edition of Miss Global Teen is 17 year old Shamika Rolle. This 5' 8" Bahamian beauty is currently a senior student at one of the country's most prestigious educational institutions, Kingsway Academy. She has plans to complete a Masters Degree in Law with a minor in Mass Communications. As a teen beauty ambassador for The Bahamas, Shamika has been involved in various community activities and volunteer work which has brought awareness to various social ills including HIV/AIDS, Peer Pressure, Abstinence & Teenage Pregnancy, Violence Against Women, Cancer, Autism in Children and so much more. She also played an active role in local efforts to send immediate food and clothing supplies to the impoverished nation of Haiti. An active student, peer motivator, runway model and trained dancer, Shamika is truly a well rounded individual.
