(Video) Bahamas shows solidarity with Dominica

DOMINICA (September 8th) - Bahamas Foreign Affairs Minister, the Hon. Fred Mitchell traveled to Dominica today arriving at Cane Field. He was welcomed by Foreign Minister Francine Bacon. President of Dominica Charles Savarin and Mrs. Savarin were departing and renewed acquaintances. The President was formerly Foreign Minister.

Later, Minister Mitchell met with the Prime Minister of Dominica Roosevelt Skeritt at the Office of Prime Minister in Roseau, Dominica on September 8th.

In this video Minister Mitchell thanked the Dominican PM for their hospitality and explains his reason for travel, as well as updates those gathered as to support "cash and kind" offered by The Bahamas to Dominica after they were hit by Tropical Storm Erika.
