Nassau, Bahamas - AML Foods Limited is proud to announce that it has entered into a definitive development agreement with CKE Restaurants, Inc. to bring the Carl’s Jr. franchise to The Bahamas. Under the agreement the Company will develop a number of restaurants over the next five years, the first of which is expected to open later in 2012.

Carl’s Jr. is celebrating more than 70 years in the quick-service industry. What began as a lone hot dog cart in Los Angeles, California in 1941 is today a wholly owned subsidiary of CKE Restaurants, Inc. of Carpinteria, California.
