The Bahamas’ first all-butlered Luxury Included™ resort, Sandals Emerald Bay, is preparing for its eagerly-anticipated January launch with a series of exciting job fairs to be held in Great Exuma on October 20-23rd 2009

The job fairs will be held in the resort’s conferencing facilities between 9am-5pm on the following days:

  • Tuesday 20th October – All Managerial and Supervisory Positions
  • Wednesday 21st October – Former Four Season Employees Only
  • Thursday 22nd October – Line Staff and Other Positions
All attending candidates will be interviewed by Sandals Group Directors and those successful will be required to start work at the end of December in order to undergo the highly-acclaimed Sandals training program ahead of January’s opening.

Sandals Resorts International’s Director of Operations Shawn DaCosta commented, “We’re delighted to announce that we are now in a position to invite people to be part of this exciting project and join our team. We’ll be looking for the very best candidates that share our philosophy for giving guests more than they expect and helping take the travel industry by storm.”

Sandals Emerald Bay is set to open ‘The Marina at Emerald Bay’ on November 10th 2009.

Attendees are asked to dress appropriately and that they bring up-to-date resumes and any relevant original documents. Former Four Seasons employees are asked to bring identification.
