Executive Chairman of The Bahamas Agricultural Industrial Corporation (BAIC) Hon. Dion Smith met with the Ambassador of China H.E Yuan Guisen to discuss the Corporation’s Strategic Engagement with The People’s Republic of China, which is geared toward coordinating and leveraging BAIC’s role to build a trade and investment frame work for local businesses, while also creating and building China ready Bahamian businesses. The Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation’s will implement a range of initiatives to assist Bahamian businesses to better engage with China. The Executive Chairman of BAIC also welcomed other areas of cooperation between China and the Bahamas.
