The Bahamas
Press Club 2014 is aghast at the brazen attack on the Paris office of the
weekly publication
Charlie Hebdo,
where 12 people were killed.
An attack on
Journalists and Freedom of the Press anywhere in the world is as close to home
as an attack on Journalists and news outlets in The Bahamas and should be
condemned.
“We hope
that those responsible for this immeasurable tragedy are brought to justice.”
We offer
condolences and prayers to the families and colleagues of all who perished in
the attack.

rest in peace.
