Bacchus was a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians from 1977 to 2010, and a Member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He holds a Diploma in Hypnosis, Metaphysics, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Homeopathy. He has done much research on topical medical issues and has been a regular speaker at local medical conferences, Masonic lodges and community forums, and he studied in Russia, Canada and America.
