The Mrs Bahamas-World  is a national pageant and is open to all Married Women of the Bahamas. It is similar to most beauty pageants except it focuses on family life and community issues and the winner is not crowned by a previous queen; she is and always crowned by her spouse, which is the way of the franchise.  Although Nassau has more corporate sponsors, the Home for Mrs Bahamas-World will be Freeport, Grand Bahama because Nassau is already the Home to many National Pageants.

Mrs Keldra Pinder is so excited to begin her reign that she has already put things in place to structure her year as Wife, Mother and Educator along with her platform for the year which is Cancer Awareness.  She will be working along with the Cancer Association of Grand Bahama with their various projects.
