Teachers meeting for Acklins, Crooked Island and Long Cay

Nassau, Bahamas – 7th October, 2015 –In light of the devastation left in the wake of Hurricane Joaquin in our southern islands, the Deputy Director with responsibility for School Management, Mr. Joel Lewis would like to meet with teachers posted in Acklins, Crooked Island and Long Cay, at the MICAL District Office on Nassau Street, Thursday, 8th October, 2015 at 10:00am. All teachers posted in any of those islands who are currently in New Providence are expected to be in attendance as important matters will be discussed.  

The Acting President for The Bahamas Union of Teachers, Mr. Zane Lightbourne and other senior education officials will also be in attendance.
