Bahama Island Betty Bethel said the exercise “speaks to the strength and
depth of the relationship that the Ministry of Tourism has with its
industry partners and shows the value that they have towards our
destination”.

involved in the logistical coordination of the relief efforts.
Bethel
added, “The Ministry of Tourism along with its international allies
recognize that while Grand Bahama Island serves as their primary
partner, it is equally important for assistance to be given to the wider
Bahamas.”
