WEST END, Grand Bahama - The Management is proud to announce a strategic joint venture that will establish the Blue Marlin Cove Resort and Marina, Bootle Bay, as Grand Bahama Island’s premier bone fishing centre, as we welcome the newest members to our family: Tommy and Carl Rolle, better known as the "Bone Fish Folley Sons".

Tommy and Carl will be our partners in our new Pro-Staff Fishing and Water Sports operations.  And in establishing a signature sport fishing experience, by Ministry of Tourism Certified Fishing Guides, our goal is to always give our guests a true "Island Experience" with Authentically Bahamian Culture.  Combined with their incredible sports fishing back grounds and roots to West End, Grand Bahama we feel certain we have made the best choice to add to our family here at Blue Marlin Cove.

Our resort will be adding new guide boats, offshore and snorkeling sightseeing boats, along with jeeps and a 15 passenger courtesy van to carry our clients to and from their island experiences.  We are extremely excited to announce the addition of a Beach Club for our guests in 2013.

As an important feature of our annual calendar of events, our resort team will be promoting & hosting the “1st annual “Bone Fish Folley Inshore & Offshore Fishing Tournament” and will continue to do so for each year thereafter to come, in honor of this truly legendary man who brought such happiness and greatness to the people of the Bahamas.

An onsite fishing tackle centre will be added as an element of the new signature experience,  consisting of popular offshore and fly fishing gear, as well as a fly casting tune up range so that our pro-guides can prepare their clients up prior to their Bone Fish adventure.

We are truly proud in every way to have the Folley Brothers with us in this new transformation of our "True Island Experience" family friendly resort.

The Blue Marlin Cove Marina and Resort features 30 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathroom condominiums, private marina with 30 slips two minutes to the ocean, water depths over 1,000 feet just over a mile offshore of the of the marina, or bone fishing; owner rental program; swimming pool with spa; commercial ice house; courtesy car and airport pickup and drop off; family friendly environment.  For more information, please click on to the following link:  http://www.bluemarlincove.com/ contact.php
