Spread the Word & Save the Date! Summer time is here and the Abaco Tourist Office is all geared up to host four weeks of Junkanoo Summer Festival in the Abacos. The festival will kick off on June 18 at Goombay Park in Marsh Harbour and will feature such performers as the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Marching & Pop Bands, Avvy, Matellus & Fontella Chipman, New Entry Band, Treasure Cay Explorers Junkanoo Group and other local talent. Also available for locals and visitors to experience while at the festival will be native dishes, locally made craft & souvenir items, games and other cultural activities. We look forward to seeing you at the festival!
