Meeting of the minds: Bahamas Culinary Fusion Expo 2015

GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND - Decadent chocolate desserts and pastries, seafood dishes with the freshest catch pulled right from the beautiful Caribbean Sea, and colorful drink concoctions are just a few of the culinary delights that await attendees to this year’s Culinary Fusion Expo in The Bahamas, taking place on Saturday, November 7, from 4 to 9 p.m. on Grand Bahama Island.

Hundreds of foodies from around the region and around the globe are expected to make their way to Canal House at Pelican Bay Hotel to attend this culinary extravaganza, now in its fourth year. There will be live cooking and mixology demonstrations and a host of cooking stations by restaurant and resort chefs, pastry chefs and mixologists from which attendees will be able to sample some of the best that the island has to offer. The event is an opportunity for these experts to display their culinary skills and expose attendees to the wide range of cuisine options and bounty of fresh ingredients available on the island.
