Watch a video presentation by Tourism Today featuring host, Nikia Deveaux on location at the Munroe Memorial service held on December 3rd at the Thomas A. Robinson Stadium in Nassau, Bahamas.

"When I landed here today I told Customs that Myles Munroe said, God lives here, and I am a believer," said Creflo Dollar, televangelist and close friend of the late Dr. Myles Munroe during the memorial celebration for Munroe and his wife Pastor Ruth who tragically died in a plane crash with seven others on November 9th in Grand Bahama.

People traveled from as far away as Swaziland to attend the funeral which took place on December 4th in Nassau.

"Anytime you talk about Myles Munroe, the subject of The Bahamas would come up, so the government should have put him on salary because he was the best advertisement for this nation as he traveled throughout the world," said Dollar.

While many attended from Africa where Myles Munroe International has a Ministries, Dr. Munroe was loved also by the Spanish community said Guillermo Maldanado, televangelist and friend.

International religious leaders say his legacy will live on  and people will travel to The Bahamas just to be closer to the man who impacted the whole world.
