The Fourth National Exhibition (NE4)
featuring the work of thirty-one professional Bahamian artists will officially open to the public on Wednesday July 9, 2008. An exciting array of artwork produced within the last two years was submitted for the NE4 competition making the review process very challenging indeed. However, at the end of the process, fifty-one works produced by thirty-one artists were chosen. This artwork represents a rich diversity of art and range from paintings, sculptures, installations, prints, and mixed media works to photographs and alternative media. The 2008 National exhibition is truly a representation of Bahamian art at its finest and we invite you to visit the exhibition during its run.
