BISX Lists the Long Term Green Investment Fund Ltd.

The Bahamas International Securities Exchange (BISX) is pleased to announce that shares of the Long Term Green Investment Fund Ltd. (the “Fund”) have successfully completed the BISX Mutual Fund Listing Process.  As a result, these shares have now been added to the roster of funds listed on the Exchange. 

The Fund is incorporated as an International Business Company under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and is registered as a Segregated Accounts Company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000. The Long Term Green Investment Fund Ltd. is an umbrella fund that includes three sub-funds that will all be listed on the Exchange and report their respective NAVs.  The sub-funds with their respective symbols in bold font are:

1.    The Long-Term Green Investment Fund Ltd - Class A Shares, (LTGA)
2.    The Long-Term Green Investment Fund Ltd - Class B Shares – USD Class (B1), (LTGB)
3.    The Long-Term Green Investment Fund Ltd - Class C Shares – USD Class (C1), (LTGC)

BISX Chief Executive Officer, Keith Davies commented on the listing of the Mutual Fund, “I want to commend Genesis Fund Services for their professionalism and industry know-how with respect to processing and listing funds on the Exchange.  I look forward to working with Genesis in the future and bringing more listings to BISX.  We are also continuing our efforts to expand our mutual fund listing facility and continue the growth we are experiencing each year.”

CFAL Securities Limited served as the BISX Sponsor Member that brought this Fund to the Exchange. Genesis Fund Services has been appointed as the Administrator for the Fund. LT Green Capital Investment Limited acts in capacity of Investment Manager.
