BISX Trading Notice - Bahamas Property Fund

The Bahamas International Securities Exchange Limited (BISX) wishes to notify the public that trading in the BISX Issuer: Bahamas Property Fund Limited (BPF) has been suspended by the Exchange until such time as the issuer has completed and published its audited annual financials for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2017 and the quarterly financials for the quarter ended 31 March 2018. As a result, with effect from 10 a.m., Friday, 29 June 2018, BPF shares will not be available for trading over BISX until further notice.
