Nassau, Bahamas - At about 6:50 a.m. today, Friday 10th October, 2014 sentenced inmate Forrester Bowe was found in his cell unresponsive to roll call.  The Department’s Medical Officer was called, and after an examination inmate Bowe was pronounced dead at 7:45 a.m.

The matter was turned over to the Royal Bahamas Police Force and the Coroner for investigation.
